Skin Tag, Spot & Bump Removal

The Skin Edit

Precise, non-invasive removal of common skin irregularities — with little to no downtime and results you can see immediately.

What We Treat

Using advanced high-frequency technology, Lindsey can precisely target and remove a wide range of benign surface skin irregularities anywhere on the body including:

Skin tags · Milia · Cherry angiomas · Sun spots · Brown spots · Broken capillaries · Sebaceous hyperplasia · Keratosis · Rosacea · Clogged pores · Cholesterol deposits

If you are unsure what a spot or bump is, we recommend having it evaluated by your physician before booking.

How It Works

A small precision probe delivers a controlled high-frequency current directly to the surface of the skin irregularity — without penetrating the skin. The targeted area is gently dehydrated, causing the irregularity to naturally crust and flake away over the following 7 to 10 days, revealing clear healthy skin underneath.

The treatment works on the principle of attracting liquid through the application of heat — precise enough to treat the irregularity while leaving the surrounding skin completely untouched.

What to Expect

Sessions are booked by time rather than by location or number of spots, allowing Lindsey to address as many irregularities as possible within your appointment. Most spots take only a few seconds to treat. Most clients describe the sensation as a brief pinch, mild sting, or quick warmth — typically rating discomfort between 1 and 4 out of 10.

Most irregularities resolve in one to two treatments. Broken capillaries can be more stubborn and may require an additional session. A small crust will form over the treated area and naturally flake off within 7 to 10 days — results are often visible immediately after treatment.

Before Your Appointment

To ensure the best results and minimize any risk of irritation, please follow these guidelines before your treatment:

Stop the following before your appointment:

  • Retinol, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide and other exfoliating products — stop 2 to 3 days before

  • Waxing or electrolysis in the treatment area — stop 7 to 10 days before

  • Botox or injectable treatments — wait 10 to 14 days before booking

  • Chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling, or dermabrasion — wait 14 to 30 days depending on how your skin heals

  • Avoid sun exposure and do not come in with sunburned skin

After Your Treatment

  • Keep the treated area clean and dry for the first 24 hours

  • Do not pick, scratch, or disturb any crusting or scabbing — premature removal may cause hyperpigmentation or scarring

  • Avoid makeup, creams, lotions, or oils on the treated area for 24 to 48 hours

  • Avoid saunas, hot yoga, or intense sweating for 48 hours

  • Avoid retinoids, acids, and exfoliants on the treated area for 3 to 5 days

  • Wear SPF 30 or higher daily on treated areas — sun protection is essential during healing

  • Capillaries may take up to 14 days to fully resolve

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a consultation before booking? No. You can book directly. If you have any questions about whether a specific irregularity is suitable for treatment, feel free to contact us beforehand and Lindsey will be happy to advise.
How many spots can be treated in one session? Sessions are booked by time, so the number of spots treated depends on their size, type, and location. Simple spots like skin tags take only seconds each, while larger or more complex irregularities take longer. Lindsey will work through as many as possible within your appointment time.
Does it hurt? Most clients rate the discomfort between 1 and 4 out of 10 — described as a brief pinch, mild sting, or quick warmth. Treatment takes only a few seconds per spot. Some areas are more sensitive than others, such as around the eyes and nose. If you prefer topical numbing please let us know when booking.
How long does healing take? A small crust forms over the treated area and naturally flakes off within 7 to 10 days. Broken capillaries may take up to 14 days. It is important not to pick at the crust as this may cause hyperpigmentation or scarring.
How many treatments will I need? Most irregularities resolve in one to two treatments. Larger or more stubborn spots, particularly broken capillaries, may require an additional session. If a second treatment is needed, we recommend waiting at least 4 weeks to allow full healing.
Is it safe for all skin types? Yes. The technology works across all skin types and tones. Lindsey will assess each irregularity before treating to ensure it is appropriate for this service.
Can moles be treated? No. We do not treat moles or any unidentified lesion. If you are unsure whether a spot is a mole or another type of irregularity, please have it evaluated by your physician before booking.
What is the difference between this and laser treatment? Laser treatments use light energy and typically require more downtime, higher cost, and multiple sessions. This treatment uses precision high-frequency technology that works directly on the surface of the skin with minimal downtime, immediate results, and no need for anesthesia in most cases.

Clearer skin, one spot at a time.
