Here at Greenville Natural Health, we have Wendie Taylor a.k.a. “The Pantry Dr”, a registered dietitian and just all around food guru to help you with this process. Whether healthy eating is new to you or you have been doing it for a long time. We have classes to suit your needs!
Wendie is going to help you cut through the confusion. She will take you through a step-by-step process that breaks down how to actually reach your desired health goal without giving up or getting overwhelmed.
DEVELOPING THE RIGHT MINDSET
This course is available in
small group class (4-6 participants)
large group class (up to 20 participants).
This 4-part series on developing the right mindset is made up of several thought experiments and group exercises that will help you think about your future and your health in a new way. We will dive into whether or not your mindset is supporting your health or contributing to its deterioration. After these 4 weeks together, you may find that you are on the right track, or you have a lot more to learn and work on.
Each session is 1 hour in length because we want to respect your time. Most exercises will require some thought on your part during the week and you will be required to write things down. To make things easy, you will receive worksheets to take with you.
1 on 1 Coaching with Wendie
These sessions are 60 minutes in length. We practice a truly holistic approach at Greenville Natural Health. In this session, Wendie will look with you at every aspect of your health, not just food and exercise. Wendie practices integrative nutrition with non-diet recommendations and thus, you might find her ways unconventional and perhaps even refreshing.
In these sessions, she will not tell you how to eat, but to help you learn to tune back in to your body and listen to your intuition. She blends intuitive eating, health at every size, holistic living and herbal supplements recommendations with evidenced based, individualized guidance. She will work closely with you to discover the root cause of your health conditions to heal body, mind and soul.
