
Marina Ponton has been a doctor of acupuncture and oriental medicine in private practice since 1999. Her practice focuses on helping others achieve and maintain their optimal health through acupuncture, herbs, diet, supplements and nutrition. Dr. Ponton’s belief in healing the body through natural methods has led her to practice and lecture in the United States, Sweden and Holland. She has studied at the American University of Paris, FAMU University in Prague, University of Miami, Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine and Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. Dr. Ponton is an exceptionally talented natural health practitioner and well recognized lecturer who is passionate about educating patients on the importance of incorporating natural health modalities into their every day life. Some of her specialties include pain management, women’s health and fertility, holistic dermatology, environmental diseases and mental and emotional disorders. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Lindsey Holder is a native of Greenville, receiving her BA from the College of Charleston. Shortly after graduating college, Lindsey relocated to LA for seven years. While in sunny California, she assisted for three global music entertainers. This world exposed Lindsey to top spas & estheticians throughout the US, which peeked her interest in skin care. After moving back to her hometown, Lindsey expanded her knowledge for skin care & practice by obtaining her Esthetics license at Greenville Technical College. She was on the Dean’s list and is also certified in microdermabrasion. Lindsey brings her interest in organic products and passion for educating clients on proper skin care practice to the Greenville Natural Health Center.

Melissa Vanostrand-Hicks joined Greenville Natural Health Center in 2011 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. A graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Greenville Technical College, Melissa previously worked in the healthcare and restaurant industries, and was a small business owner for 15 years. A native of Ithaca, NY, she relocated to the Greenville in 2007.
Like many in the massage therapy profession, Melissa made an appointment for her first massage after experiencing several days of pain. Her back pain had become so severe that is was difficult to work, concentrate or take care of her family. Not only did massage heal Melissa’s body, it also touched her soul. It was that day that Melissa made the decision to learn how to help others benefit from therapeutic massage.
An avid walker and runner, Melissa enjoys spending time with her three children, family and friends. She also enjoys volunteering in the community.

Crystal Corr is Office Manager for Greenville Natural Health Center, and is responsible for all administrative functions related to practice management, patient services, and benefits management. Corr has more than 13 years’ experience in customer service, sales, and healthcare office management. She is the recipient of numerous sales awards, as well as a Stellar Service Award from Greenville Hospital System.

Erica Royalty is the voice on the phone and most often the first friendly face you see when you visit Greenville Natural Health Center. A native of Simpsonville, SC, Erica is back home after living for a time at Fort Bragg, NC and Camp Merrill, GA where her husband was stationed with the U.S. Army.
A self-described lover of animals of all kinds, Erica has two dogs and three cats. She also loves cars, and during her time away from work enjoys spending time with her husband and family.

Katie Mullinax is the director of marketing and public relations and is responsible for the practice’s social media management, website design and maintenance, advertising and media relations. She holds a master’s degree in professional communication from Auburn University and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Alabama-Birmingham and has experience in university public relations, nonprofit digital marketing and publications. A native of Gadsden, AL, Katie moved to Greenville in the summer of 2011 with her husband and four cats.
